Redox Brands was formed in May of 2000. Richard Owen serves as President and CEO of the company. Mr. Owen is one of the original co-founders of Redox and a former P&G executive.

Redox's Formation and Success
On June 30, 2000, Redox acquired the Oxydol detergent brand, and on September 29, 2000, Redox acquired the Biz color safe bleach additive brand. On June 29, 2001, co-founders (Rich Owen and Todd Wichmann) were named co-winners of the annual ERNST & YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR award.
